1. How do I charge the lamp?
Connect the included USB cable to the charging port on the base of the lamp. Plug the other end into any USB power source (laptop, wall adapter, power bank). A red indicator light will appear while charging and turn off or change colour when fully charged. Full charge typically takes 2–3 hours.
2. How do I turn the lamp on and off?
Simply tap the touch pad once to turn the lamp on, and tap it again to turn it off. The touch pad is usually located on the base or top of the lamp.
3. How do I adjust the brightness?
Press and hold the touch pad to cycle through brightness levels — from dim to full brightness. Release your finger when you reach your desired level. Some models offer 3 fixed brightness steps; one model offers 12 colores modes, which you can change by tapping the touch pad, others offer continuous dimming.
4. Can I change the colour temperature?
If your lamp supports multiple colour modes, tap the touch pad twice quickly (double-tap) to switch between warm white, neutral white, and cool white light. Refer to your specific model's instructions if this feature is available.
5. How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on brightness level. At low brightness, expect 8–12 hours of use. At full brightness, expect approximately 3–5 hours. Always recharge before the battery is fully depleted to extend battery lifespan.
6. Can I use the lamp while it is charging?
Yes, in most models you can use the lamp while it is plugged in and charging. This is ideal for use at a desk where a USB port is nearby.
7. The touch pad is not responding — what should I do?
- Make sure the lamp has sufficient charge.
- Clean the touch pad surface with a dry cloth — moisture or dirt can interfere with touch sensitivity.
- Try holding the touch pad for 5 seconds to reset the lamp.
- If the issue persists, contact our support team.
8. The lamp is not charging — what should I do?
- Check that the USB cable is fully inserted into both the lamp and the power source.
- Try a different USB cable or power adapter.
- Ensure the power source is working (test with another device).
- If the charging port appears damaged, please contact us for assistance.
9. Is the lamp safe to leave on overnight?
The lamp is designed with LED technology that produces minimal heat and is energy-efficient. However, we recommend turning it off when not in use or when leaving the room for extended periods.
10. How do I care for and clean the lamp?
- Wipe the lamp body with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Keep the charging port dry at all times.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
11. What is the warranty on this lamp?
This lamp comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or unauthorised modifications is not covered. Please contact our support team with your order number to initiate a warranty claim.
