Refund & Return Policy

At Your Lux Home, we take pride in delivering premium quality products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

We accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects or items damaged in transit.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@yourluxhome.org. Your claim must include:

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged item
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Your order number

Claims submitted after 5 days or without supporting evidence cannot be processed.

Resolution Options

  • Replacement of the defective item, or
  • Store credit or refund at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or unwanted purchases
  • Items damaged due to improper use, installation errors, or accidental breakage after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned after the 5 days reporting window

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@yourluxhome.org with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Approved refunds are processed within 6–8 business days.
