Shipping policy

Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes 

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–6 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Costs 

We offer free shipping on all orders within mainland UAE. Deliveries to remote areas may be subject to an additional shipping fee, which will be communicated before dispatch.

We currently deliver across the UAE. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Order Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Damaged or Missing Items 

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will resolve it promptly.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in AED and are exclusive of VAT. No VAT is currently applied to your order.
