Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects or items damaged in transit.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be reported within 5 days of delivery
  • You must provide photo evidence of the defect or damage
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

How to Request a Return

Contact us at yourluxhome1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will review your request within 5 business days.

Resolution Options

  • Replacement of the defective item, or
  • Store credit or refund at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final for items that are not defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items damaged due to misuse.

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
