Delivery Areas
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. International shipping may be available on select items - please contact us for details.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in select areas)
- Large or Bulky Items (furniture, lighting fixtures): 5–10 business days — our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery slot.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over AED 300
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below AED 300 - the exact amount will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number to track your delivery through our courier's website.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout so we can reach you easily.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at Contact Us with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
